In terms of professional experience, Joe has worked as a successful professional coach for a number of years both in Ireland and internationally.  Working with elite level individuals and teams in both business and sport, he has a proven track record in enabling client’s to improve their performance.

He has also worked at a senior management/director level for almost 20 years so understands the need for effective leadership development and team performance. He has vast experience within a variety of organisational settings, successfully leading large numbers of staff and with responsibility for managing multi-million euro budgets.

Joe has also worked with a number of third level educational institutions lecturing and writing a large number of modules on topics such as leadership, coaching, mentoring, team performance, communication, innovation and management. Joe has designed and delivered training to thousands of professionals across Ireland and internationally. He is a respected and accomplished public speaker.

As an professional, Joe is passionate about performance and developing winning mindsets that improve outcomes for individual clients and for those around them.

As a Professional Coach, Joe is registered with the International Coach Federation and has a qualification in test use in Personality Assessment with the British Psychological Society which is also recognised by the European Federation of Psychologists Association.

Joe has successfully completed studies at both home and abroad which include a MSc Degree in Personal and Management Coaching, a MA Degree in Leading Innovation and Change, a BA Degree in Applied Management, a Diploma in Health Service Management, a Diploma in Health and Social Welfare and a Special Purpose Award in Training and Development.

He can be regularly found surfing the waves around Ireland and abroad all year round or climbing mountains on multi-day treks on his time away from supporting others.
